Special Events
The City hosts many events throughout the year in Downtown Franklin and at City Parks. The Heritage Foundation organizes the three largest festivals: Pumpkinfest, Dickens of a Christmas, and Main Street Festival. This study will analyze parking, mobility, and operations for those peak times.

Special Events Survey
The City of Franklin, alongside our consultants Walker and STV, have published a short survey that seeks to understand parking constraints during the largest events in Downtown Franklin. Your input will help the City and our consultants identify ways to improve parking availability, access, and traffic flow for future special events, benefitting residents, businesses, and visitors alike.
Additionally, the City of Franklin and consultant team will have a booth at Pumpkinfest on Saturday, October 24, 2026 to talk to visitors attending the event about their parking experience.
