Special Events
The City hosts many events throughout the year in Downtown Franklin and at City Parks. The Heritage Foundation organizes the three largest festivals: Pumpkinfest, Dickens of a Christmas, and Main Street Festival. This study will analyze parking, mobility, and operations for those peak times.
