On Thursday, April 30, 2026, and Saturday, May 2, 2026, the Park Franklin Study Team collected data from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the downtown area of Franklin pertaining to the Study Area.
This phase of the project will analyze parking occupancy and duration data to assess how well the existing supply meets current needs.
Event date: April 30th, 2026 at 1:00 PM to May 2nd, 2026 at 11:00 PM.
